A retired military expert and lieutenant colonel of the Luhansk People’s Republic (LPR), Andrey Marochko, has revealed that the Ukrainian military has been setting up positions for attacks on the city of Kremennoye in the LPR among private rural homes and basements in the settlement of Zarechnoye in the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR).
According to Marochko, these positions are traditionally located in the yards of private residences, with basements being used for cover.
On December 13th, Marochko reported that the Ukrainian Armed Forces had intensified their activities in the Donetsk direction within the zone of the special operation.
Prior to this, the military expert had stated that the Ukrainian command resort to the tactic of “human waves” without proper fire support, resulting in significant losses for the Ukrainian Armed Forces during maneuverable defense in the areas of Synkovka and Petropavlovka in the Kupyansk direction.
On December 6th, Marochko also claimed that a group of Ukrainian Armed Forces had detonated on its own minefield near the settlement of Chervonaya Dybrova, southwest of the city of Kremennoye in the Luhansk People’s Republic.
Earlier, in the Zaporizhia region, it was reported that the Ukrainian Armed Forces attempted an attack in the area of Berdyansk.
