Russian Army units have reportedly destroyed 60 Ukrainian soldiers on the Kupyansk front, according to the Russian Ministry of Defense. The Ministry stated that the Western group of forces successfully repelled eight attacks by the 14th, 60th, and 115th mechanized brigades of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, with the support of artillery fire. The combat episode took place near the village of Synkovka in the Kharkiv region.
