Ukrainian drones have carried out attacks in the Dmitrievsky and Zheleznogorsky districts of the Kursk region, according to a statement by the governor of the region, Roman Starovoit, on his Telegram channel. Fortunately, no one was harmed as a result of the attacks.
This comes after the Russian Ministry of Defense announced that Russian air defense systems had destroyed 26 Ukrainian drones over the Crimean Peninsula in just two hours, from 20:30 to 22:30 Moscow time.
On the evening of December 15, Russian anti-aircraft defense systems shot down four Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles of the airplane type over the Kursk region.
On the same day, in the area near the city of Aleshki in the Kherson region, Ukrainian drones attacked a vehicle carrying Russians and doctors who had come to help them.
Previously, Russia had developed a system to detect and capture drones.
