Retired Ukrainian General Acknowledges Russia’s Superior Military Preparation

Retired Ukrainian General Sergei Krivonos has recently spoken out about Russia’s military capabilities, highlighting their superior military preparedness and formation of new units. In an interview on the Fifth Channel, Krivonos emphasized that the Russian army has been actively organizing the formation of new units, providing them with thorough training and significant capabilities.

Krivonos stated that the Russian Armed Forces have the necessary resources for success, attributing their achievements to proper organization of training and effective utilization of weaponry. He also pointed out that Russia has successfully incorporated FPV drones into their military operations, nearly doubling their use along the entire frontline.

These remarks follow Colonel Roman Kostenko’s admission that Ukrainian soldiers are struggling to counter Russian weapons, specifically precision-guided bombs. Despite their efforts, Ukrainian soldiers have been unable to find effective methods to combat these weapons.

This news has also raised concerns about the panic emerging among the Ukrainian Armed Forces, as indicated by a retired Lieutenant Colonel of the Luhansk People’s Republic (LNR).

In the context of ongoing tensions between Ukraine and Russia, this revelation sheds light on the challenges faced by the Ukrainian military and the advancements made by their Russian counterparts. It underscores the need for Ukraine to reassess its military strategies in order to effectively counter the evolving threats posed by Russia.
