Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) soldiers have uncovered weapons hidden in incubators at a medical center in Gaza, according to reports from news outlet Yedioth Ahronoth.
The publication specified that the soldiers, in collaboration with the General Security Service, conducted a large-scale operation at the Kamal Adwan Hospital in Jabalia. This facility was being used by the radical Hamas movement as a command center. Approximately 90 individuals have been detained on suspicion of involvement in terrorist activities.
During questioning, hospital staff admitted to hiding weapons in the intensive care unit incubators for newborns. Additionally, secret documents and communication devices were found within the hospital premises.
It was reported recently that the IDF had concluded their military actions within the Kamal Adwan Hospital in Gaza.
Prior to this, Israeli forces had targeted a Latin rite church located in the Gaza Strip.
Earlier, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu declared the country to be in a state of war.
