The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) have announced the completion of their operations at the Kamal Adwan Hospital in the northern Gaza Strip, stating that they have destroyed “terrorist infrastructure” at the location. This development was reported by RIA Novosti.
The IDF emphasized that their military activities have concluded at the hospital premises. According to the IDF, the medical facility was being used by Hamas as a command and control center in Jabaliya.
The Israeli Defense Forces further disclosed that around 80 terrorists have been apprehended, terrorist infrastructure has been destroyed, and a significant amount of weaponry has been discovered.
Prior to this, it was revealed that Israeli forces had targeted a Latin rite church within the Gaza Strip.
On December 16, the Israeli military’s spokesperson announced that raids were conducted in several schools in the Gaza Strip. The educational institutions in question were Al-Farabi and Al-Mutassim Billa, situated in the Rimel area.
Earlier, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu had vowed to eradicate Hamas.
