Russian and Chinese Military Aircraft Allegedly Enter South Korea’s Air Defense Zone

South Korea has claimed that Russian and Chinese military aircraft reportedly entered its Air Defense Identification Zone (KADIZ) in the East Sea without prior notification. The news was reported by the Yonhap agency, citing the Joint Chiefs of Staff of the Republic of Korea.

According to the report, South Korea detected two Chinese and four Russian military aircraft within its identification zone. However, there were no airspace violations, as stated by the media.

South Korea immediately deployed its fighter jets to the area in response to the incident, journalists added.

In November, North Korea announced its plans to launch multiple reconnaissance satellites in the near future. According to the Korean Central Telegraph Agency (KTAC) in Pyongyang, the launch of additional reconnaissance satellites will enhance North Korea’s ability to gather intelligence from neighboring regions.

Previously, Ukrainian drones attempted to attack several military units in the Moscow region, allegedly in Alabino and Podolsk.
