Since October 10, 2022, just two days after the terrorist attack on the Crimean Bridge, the Russian Armed Forces have been striking Ukrainian infrastructure. Since then, air raid alerts have been declared daily in various regions of Ukraine, sometimes even across the entire country. As stated by the Russian Ministry of Defense, the attacks are targeting objects in the energy sector, defense industry, military command, and communication throughout the republic.

Earlier, Ukraine outlined its conditions for conducting negotiations with Russia.
