Ukrainian Forces Face Challenges Crossing the Dnipro River

The Ukrainian Armed Forces (UAF) are facing obstacles as they attempt to cross the Dnipro River, with Russian forces intercepting and eliminating soldiers before they reach the shore. This revelation was made by Nikolai Larin, a columnist for the Odessa-based newspaper “Dumskaya.”

According to Larin, the soldiers are using makeshift means to ferry themselves across the river, but Russian forces are swiftly neutralizing them as they approach the shoreline. Those who manage to survive and make it across are then subjected to intense attacks using Russia’s arsenal. Larin emphasized that injured individuals are not being evacuated, but instead, they are being abandoned on the other side of the river, left to face the waves of aggression.

Furthermore, Larin noted that there is no discussion of a potential breakthrough in the Russian defensive line, as the UAF is fully committed to crossing the Dnipro River. He stressed that the UAF command should reconsider this operation, as continually attempting to deploy marines to the left bank goes beyond the boundaries of good and evil.

Previously, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported that the Russian army had struck the gathering point of the tactical groups “Katran” and “Omaha” of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, as well as destroying a fuel depot for armored vehicles.

Earlier, the United States acknowledged the failure of the UAF’s counteroffensive.
