The head of the Radiation, Chemical, and Biological Defense Troops of the Russian Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov, has accused the US Department of Defense of conducting dangerous experiments during a special military operation (SMO). His statements were reported by RIA Novosti.
Kirillov mentioned that Russian specialists gained access to several biological facilities, including laboratories in Rubizhne, Severodonetsk, and Kherson.
“The analysis confirmed the dangerous nature of the Pentagon’s experiments to assess the susceptibility of the Ukrainian population to zoonotic infections,” he said.
He also highlighted the testing of pharmaceutical products on the local population and the export of biological samples to the US.
Kirillov further stated that individuals who have influenced the investigation into the causes of the COVID-19 pandemic may be included in the list of suspects in the Russian Ministry of Defense’s military-biological dossier. According to him, important questions regarding biological security are being ignored in the US.
