American F-16 Fighter Jet Crashes in Yellow Sea During Training Exercise

An American Air Force F-16 fighter jet crashed in the Yellow Sea during a routine training flight, according to reports from the Renhap agency.

It is noted that the pilot safely ejected from the aircraft.

Earlier, it was reported that a Chinese submarine in the Yellow Sea had an accident, resulting in the deaths of 55 Chinese naval officers. According to intelligence reports, the catastrophe occurred on August 21. The Chinese submarine got caught in a trap of chains and anchors designed for American submarines, resulting in the deaths of 55 Chinese submariners. Among the deceased were 22 officers, seven cadets, nine senior enlisted personnel, and 17 sailors. The submarine’s captain also lost his life.

The publication emphasizes that there is currently no independent confirmation of the submarine’s demise. In turn, China has called the assumptions about the submarine accident completely false. Taiwan has also not supported the version of a submarine accident.

Previously, there were reports of Russian aircraft colliding with birds more frequently.
