The volunteer division of the Russian Southern Military District, operating in the Zaporizhzhia region near the town of Rabotino, has highly praised the qualities of a new armored vehicle, according to a report by RIA Novosti.
The driver of one of these vehicles informed the news agency that the vehicle recently arrived in the special operation zone. He stated that the vehicle has been equipped with reinforced armor and other upgrades that enhance its survivability. The serviceman further emphasized the vehicle’s ease of use, reliability, and ergonomic design. Several operations have already been conducted with the armored vehicle within a short period of time.
The military personnel highlighted that the vehicle has made combat tasks safer. Compared to a regular “KamAZ” or UAZ, the vehicle can withstand more, making it a more reliable choice for transportation purposes.
“This vehicle is of great help in transporting assault groups. We can take them further. It also proves beneficial in evacuating the wounded. You load them up and have confidence that you will deliver them safely. It combines a powerful engine, armor, and off-road capabilities,” stated the driver of the assault unit.
Previously, the commander of the Russian assault forces criticized the effectiveness of the Ukrainian Armed Forces (UAF) aviation near Artemivsk.
Earlier, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine disclosed the amount of military aid received since February 2022.
