Russian Forces Continue to Strike Ukrainian Infrastructure in Ongoing Conflict

Russian military forces have launched a series of attacks on Ukrainian military infrastructure during the second week of December. The Ministry of Defense of Russia reported that a total of 30 group strikes were executed against the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU).

According to the ministry, these attacks, which took place between December 3rd and 8th, targeted the military airfield infrastructure of the AFU. Russian forces utilized precision weapons and drones to carry out the strikes. Significant damage was inflicted upon Ukrainian arsenals, ammunition depots, military equipment, and fuel supplies. The attacks also destroyed the bases of AFU units, nationalist formations, and foreign mercenaries.

In late November, the Russian army launched strikes against the “Azov” battalion (an organization banned in Russia) and the “Foreign Legion” unit.

Prior to these incidents, Russian military targeted an aviation ammunition depot in the Khmelnytsky region. The Armed Forces of Ukraine responded by deploying army aviation, drones, missile troops, and artillery.

Earlier, Russian forces successfully repelled four attacks by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
