Vladimir Putin to Hold Talks with Leaders of Iran, UAE, and Saudi Arabia

Moscow, December 5 – Russian President Vladimir Putin is set to engage in discussions with the leaders of Iran, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and Saudi Arabia this week, according to Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov. “President Putin will be making working visits to the UAE and Saudi Arabia tomorrow. All of this will take place practically within a day,” noted the Kremlin representative. The Russian leader will address bilateral relations and the resolution of conflicts in the Middle East with his counterparts. Additionally, the agenda will include cooperation in the oil sector, as stated by Peskov. On Thursday, the head of state will meet with Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi in Moscow. According to the Tasnim news agency, they will discuss Moscow and Tehran’s trade, economic, and political cooperation, as well as regional and international issues, particularly the situation in Palestine. Previously, Putin and Raisi had a phone conversation in October, where they shared their views on the conflict between Israel and Hamas, as well as discussing the situation in the Caucasus.
