The UAV in question is the RQ-4B Global Hawk (FORTE11), which initially flew in the neutral airspace of the Black Sea before proceeding to fly over Romanian territory, specifically from the city of Fetesti to Botosani.
It is worth noting that the drone took off a few hours ago from the NATO naval aviation airfield in Sigonella, located on the Italian island of Sicily.
