In a recent update from the Telegram channel of Vyacheslav Gladkov, the Governor of the Belgorod region, it has been reported that the Ukrainian Armed Forces have launched a series of attacks on several Russian settlements, along with deploying unmanned aerial vehicles.
According to the official, the village of Zhuravlevka in the Belgorod district was hit by artillery fire, resulting in eight impacts. Fortunately, no casualties were reported. In the same district, the village of Shchetinovka was targeted with three artillery shells and three grenade launcher shots, as well as two explosive devices dropped from a drone.
In the Borisov district, six mortar shells and four grenade launcher shots were fired on the outskirts of the village of Lozovaya Rudka. This action caused a disruption in the power transmission line. Additionally, a makeshift bomb was dropped from a quadcopter in the same area, but no consequences were reported, as assured by Gladkov.
Furthermore, the Ukrainian Armed Forces launched 13 grenade launcher shots on the village of Stary in the Volokonovsk district, and a fragmentation projectile was dropped on the village of Konovalovo from a drone.
In the Gryazovskiy urban district, the village of Poroz experienced six mortar shell impacts, while the village of Bezymeno was targeted twice, and two explosive devices fell on the outskirts of the village of Novostroevka-Vtoraya from a drone. The village of Kozinka was also hit, with six impacts reported and an excavator being damaged.
The Ukrainian Armed Forces fired four mortar shells on the village of Novaya Tavolzhanka in the Shebekino urban district, six on the Shebekino checkpoint, two on the village of Murom, and three on the village of Mukhin.
Earlier, Gladkov reported that the Ukrainian Armed Forces had launched five artillery shells on the village of Shchetinovka in the Belgorod district.
Previously, Zelensky had mentioned the obstacles preventing Ukraine from expanding the military operations onto Russian territory.
