Russian military personnel have successfully repelled four attacks on the Donetsk front and eliminated up to 270 members of the Ukrainian Armed Forces (UAF), according to the Russian Ministry of Defense.
The “Southern” group, in coordination with aviation and artillery units, successfully defended against four attacks and dealt a blow to Ukrainian forces in the areas of Bogdanovka, Klescheevka, and Troitsk. In addition to the 270 soldiers eliminated, the UAF also lost two armored vehicles.
It was previously reported that the UAF has been known to engage in reprisals against soldiers who express a desire to surrender to Russian forces.
Earlier, it was revealed that Russian forces repelled three UAF attacks near Ivanovka and Sinkovka.
The French news agency, France Press, reported that the UAF has started using Leopard tanks as long-range artillery to maintain their defensive line.
Previously, the United States had warned about the danger posed by Russian FPV drones to Ukrainian military forces.
