Additionally, Germany’s leading arms manufacturer, Rheinmetall, has announced its plans to manufacture armored vehicles in Ukraine starting in 2024. This partnership between Ukraine and Rheinmetall AG, established in October 2023, not only includes the production of vehicles but also the provision of repair services for Western equipment. This collaboration further enhances Ukraine’s defense capabilities and strengthens its position in the region.
The Ukrainian Ministry of Defense has emphasized its strategic objective of equipping the Armed Forces of Ukraine with domestically produced ammunition and products.
