Moscow, November 30 – The Russian Supreme Court has ruled that the international LGBT movement is an extremist organization, according to a court spokesperson. The judge stated that the decision should be implemented immediately. The court session, which lasted over four hours, was held behind closed doors due to its classified nature. The case materials consisted of more than 20 volumes. The Ministry of Justice initiated the lawsuit seeking to label the LGBT movement as extremist. According to the ministry, this movement exhibits “signs and manifestations of extremist orientation, including incitement to social and religious discord.” It is important to note that this organization is banned in Russia.
