A shocking incident took place in midtown Manhattan on November 26, when a man crashed a stolen vehicle into a taxi and parked car before engaging in bizarre behavior. The incident, which was captured on camera, occurred at the intersection of Broadway and West 55th Street at 11 a.m., according to the New York Police Department.
The suspect, identified as 37-year-old Terrence Brooks, allegedly made a victim fear for his safety before stealing the vehicle and fleeing westbound on 55th Street.
