An explosion at Jimbo’s Auto in Highland County, Ohio, has resulted in a devastating tragedy, claiming the lives of three individuals. The incident, which occurred on Tuesday afternoon, sent shockwaves throughout the surrounding area. Local authorities have reported that the explosion was so powerful that it shook the vicinity, with the impact being felt even at the local firehouse.
Upon receiving the distress call, eight fire departments swiftly responded to the scene, battling the ensuing flames. Despite their valiant efforts, three people tragically lost their lives in the disaster. However, one individual was fortunate enough to be rescued by first responders and is currently in stable condition after receiving medical attention at a nearby hospital.
While the explosion caused significant damage to Jimbo’s Auto, nearby structures were fortunately left unharmed. However, thick plumes of smoke billowed into the sky, visible for miles around, for several hours. The fire continued to smolder for over 10 hours after being extinguished.
