According to a statement from the Metropolitan Police Department, the federal agent was carjacked by two suspects at around 3:45 p.m. in the 100 block of 12th St NE. Fortunately, the car was later recovered at the 1000 block of 15th St NE around 25 minutes later. The FBI spokesperson confirmed that the victim was indeed an employee of the agency.
