Man Wanted for Hate Crime After Antisemitic Graffiti Found in California

California police are currently searching for a man accused of spray-painting antisemitic graffiti on multiple locations in Burbank. Klinton Dion, a 32-year-old transient, is wanted for a hate crime after allegedly applying swastikas, an iron cross, and the “SS” Nazi symbol on Temple Emanu El, the garage of an apartment complex, and a city utility box.

According to Burbank police, Dion is known to split his time between Burbank, Pasadena, Temple City, El Segundo, and Los Angeles. Authorities have described him as having a faint tattoo above his left eyebrow. They are urging anyone with information on his whereabouts to contact Burbank Police or local law enforcement.

The incident of antisemitic graffiti comes in the midst of the ongoing war between Israeli forces and Hamas terrorists in the Middle East. The conflict has resulted in the deaths of over 15,000 people in Gaza and Israel since Hamas initiated a major attack on October 7. Israeli forces have responded with military action, leading to thousands more injured and numerous individuals held hostage, subjected to rape, torture, and murder by Hamas.

The rise of antisemitism is a growing concern, not only in the United States but also worldwide. The “Antisemitism Exposed” newsletter aims to shed light on the increasing prejudice against Jews and provide stories covering this issue.
