In a recent incident in the Orlovskaya region, a Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) of the airplane type was successfully neutralized and crashed in the industrial zone of the city of Livna. The governor of the region, Andrey Klychkov, reported this in his Telegram channel.
“Friends, tonight, with the help of a radio-electronic warfare complex, we managed to neutralize another Ukrainian UAV of the airplane type. The device crashed in the industrial zone of the city of Livna,” the governor wrote.
He emphasized that there were no casualties as a result of the drone crash. In order to ensure security, law enforcement agencies are taking necessary measures, Klychkov added.
Earlier, it was reported that a UAV of the Ukrainian Armed Forces was neutralized in the Tverskaya region.
On the night of November 24, as the Russian Ministry of Defense reported, air defense systems destroyed 13 drones that were flying over the Crimean Peninsula.
Previously, Russia has developed a new drone suppression system to counter such incidents.
