A Florida pest control and lawn care worker has been arrested for allegedly exposing himself to two women on separate occasions. The incidents, which occurred in July and October, led to the arrest of 27-year-old Tyler Mountain. Mountain, an employee of a local pest control and lawn services company, was charged with lewd exhibition and lewd exhibition to an elderly person.
The investigation began on October 26, 2023, after a 76-year-old woman reported that Mountain had exposed himself to her while providing an estimate for pest control services. The woman said Mountain had his privates out and asked for help due to a broken zipper. However, she refused his request.
Upon learning of the complaint, the company terminated Mountain’s employment. It was revealed that this was the second complaint the company had received about him.
Mountain was arrested on November 22 for the October incident. However, the victim of a previous incident in Haines City was not available for questioning at that time. When the victim returned, a detective met with her and learned that Mountain had exposed himself during a lawn maintenance visit on July 24, 2023.
Sheriff Grady Judd denounced Mountain’s actions, stating that he used his work position to gain access to the homes of these women and engage in predatory behavior. The sheriff’s office believes there may be more victims and urges anyone with information to come forward.
The investigations into both incidents are ongoing, and detectives ask individuals with similar experiences involving Mountain to contact the sheriff’s office.
