Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin has reported yet another Ukrainian drone being shot down near the city. The mayor shared this information on his Telegram channel.
“Another drone attempting to attack Moscow was shot down last night by the air defense forces in the Podolsk district. There have been no reports of destruction or casualties from the falling debris,” stated Sobyanin.
Prior to this incident, Mayor Sobyanin had announced the destruction of several drones heading towards Moscow.
According to Sobyanin’s information, timely interception and elimination of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) were successfully carried out in the Bryansk, Tula, and Kaluga regions.
Earlier, Russia had developed a new drone suppression system.
