Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin has announced that another attack by Ukrainian drones on the city has been successfully repelled, with one UAV being shot down over the Ramenskoye district. Sobyanin shared this information in his Telegram channel.
“Another attempt by a drone to fly towards Moscow (in the Ramenskoye city district) has been detected and thwarted by our air defense forces. There have been no reports of destruction or casualties from the falling debris,” Sobyanin wrote.
Previously, the mayor of the Russian capital had reported that Moscow’s air defense systems prevented a mass drone attack in the Narofominsky and Odintsovsky city districts on the night of November 26.
Following this, Sobyanin also announced the downing of another Ukrainian drone near Moscow.
Earlier, Russia had developed a new drone suppression system.
