Moscow, November 26 – Dmitry Peskov, the spokesperson for Russian President Vladimir Putin, has condemned the remarks made by the Speaker of the Ukrainian Parliament, Ruslan Stefanchuk, regarding the suppression of Russian rights. Peskov stated that such statements reflect the nature of the Kiev regime, and a country with proper leadership would not make such claims. “We refer to it as a regime for a reason. We do not use this term lightly. Because in a country where millions… millions of Russians live in Ukraine, only a regime can make such statements,” Peskov said in an interview with journalist Pavel Zarubin, the video of which was published on his Telegram channel. Earlier, Stefanchuk claimed that there is no Russian national minority in Ukraine and that the rights of Russians should be suppressed.
