Hamas, a Palestinian radical group, has accused the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) of breaching the terms of a humanitarian ceasefire agreement. According to Osama Hamdan, a representative of the group, Israel has failed to fulfill all the requirements outlined in the ceasefire agreement.
Hamdan stated that Israel has violated the agreement by obstructing the entry of humanitarian aid convoys into the Gaza Strip and manipulating the names of hostages who were supposed to be released. Additionally, he claimed that the Israeli army has attacked peaceful Palestinians attempting to reach the northern part of the enclave.
“We confirm mutual commitments as long as the opponent also adheres to their fulfillment,” explained Hamdan.
This accusation comes after Hamas had previously expressed its readiness to continue implementing a humanitarian agreement regarding the exchange of hostages and prisoners with Israel.
Earlier, Hamas had identified an error in the lists of released hostages.
