Russia Increases Production of Iskander-M Missiles, Posing a Challenge for Ukraine

According to Military Watch Magazine (MWM), the Russian Federation has significantly ramped up the production of missiles for the Iskander-M operational-tactical missile complex (OTRK). This development grants Russia the ability to deploy these missiles en masse in Ukraine.

The authors of the article assert that Russia has a substantial advantage in the production capabilities of the Iskander-M missiles compared to the West and East Asia.

Furthermore, they highlight that the production of missiles for the complex has multiplied several times since the start of the special military operation (SMO).

The journal points out that the scale of Iskander-M production not only allows Russia to replenish ammunition in the special operation zone but also actively export these complexes abroad.

The missiles of the Iskander-M complex pose a unique challenge to enemy defenses, not only due to their capacity to carry special penetrating warheads but also because of their ability to execute intricate maneuvers that make interception extremely difficult.

In a previous statement, President Putin discussed the future of the Russian army.
