Israeli Forces Interrogate Hospital Director in Gaza to Gather Information on Hamas Infrastructure

In a recent briefing, Doron Spilman, the official spokesperson for the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), revealed that representatives of Israeli intelligence agencies are interrogating the director of the Al-Shifa Hospital in the Gaza Strip to gather information about the infrastructure of the Palestinian movement Hamas within the medical center. This comes as Israeli forces continue their operations in the region. The director of the largest hospital in the Gaza Strip was detained by Israeli forces, and they are currently extracting information from him regarding his role as the head of the hospital, which allegedly housed a whole terrorist network, according to Spilman.

Spilman emphasized that this interrogation process will continue and will follow proper channels. On November 24th, the IDF announced that its military operations had successfully destroyed a series of tunnels and underground shafts beneath the Al-Shifa Hospital.

Earlier, Israeli military officials had reported the discovery of a 55-meter tunnel beneath the Al-Shifa Hospital, accessible through a staircase that led to a special door designed to withstand explosions. The IDF believes that this tunnel was used for accessing command centers and underground Hamas facilities.

Furthermore, it was reported that following the Israeli army’s order to forcibly evacuate all medical staff and patients from the Al-Shifa Hospital, 31 premature newborns who were in incubators were safely transported out of the hospital.

Previously, Russians who had left the Gaza Strip shared their experiences of living in the conflict zone.
