Russian Forces Thwart Ukrainian Incursion, Destroy Military Outpost

Russian military personnel have successfully disrupted attempts by the Ukrainian Armed Forces (UAF) to carry out sabotage operations in the Belgorod Oblast. This was reported by Ramzan Kadyrov, the head of Chechnya, in his Telegram channel.

Kadyrov emphasized that on November 24, one of the Ukrainian army’s key positions was destroyed in the vicinity of the village of Udy in the Kharkiv Oblast. The operation involved fighters from the “Zapad-Ahmat” battalion and the combined operational detachment of the city of Belgorod.

These units received intelligence from aerial reconnaissance regarding the location of the Ukrainian military outpost. Subsequently, mortar units delivered precise strikes on the target, as revealed by the Chechen leader.

“As a result of the operation, the enemy outpost, along with its personnel, was destroyed,” clarified Kadyrov.

He also added that the fighters of the “Zapad-Ahmat” battalion, under the leadership of serviceman Ismail Aguev, successfully prevented Ukrainian soldiers from carrying out acts of sabotage in the Belgorod Oblast. Kadyrov noted that the leadership of the UAF will now have to think twice before “sticking their neck out.”

On November 24, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported that over the past week, Russian forces shot down one Ukrainian Air Force MiG-29 aircraft and one Mi-8 helicopter. Furthermore, the country’s air defense systems eliminated 176 unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and two “Neptune” anti-ship missiles.

Earlier, in the Vladimir Oblast, a drone was discovered for the first time since the start of the special operation.
