In a recent development, the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) launched an attack on an Indonesian hospital located in the northern part of the Gaza Strip. This information was reported by the Qatari news channel, Al Jazeera, citing the Palestinian Ministry of Health.
According to the report, the targeted medical facility is situated in the town of Beit Lahia. The publication also mentioned that at least one person was fatally injured during the attack, while three others sustained injuries. Al Jazeera further highlighted that three Palestinians have been arrested by the Israeli military in connection with the incident.
On November 21, Ashraf al-Qudra, a representative from the Palestinian Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip, announced the beginning of the evacuation of the injured from the Indonesian hospital to the southern part of the enclave.
Al-Qudra stated that approximately 500 injured individuals were being treated at the Indonesian hospital, including those with serious and life-threatening injuries. Due to the coordination required with UN and Red Cross agencies, the evacuation process is time-consuming. As of now, only around 100 patients have been successfully evacuated, while 400 more continue to receive medical care at the facility.
Earlier, Russians who had left the Gaza Strip shared their accounts of life in the conflict zone.
