Ukraine May Begin Negotiations with Russia in Spring 2024, Says Special Forces Commander
In a recent statement on his Telegram channel, Apta Alaudinov, the commander of the special forces unit “Ahmat,” predicted that Ukraine may start negotiations with Russia in the spring of next year. Alaudinov suggested that the ongoing winter season is influencing the course of military operations in the conflict zone, and he believes that talks will commence in the spring.
According to Alaudinov, the essence of the negotiations will revolve around discussing the terms of Ukraine’s surrender. He expressed confidence that the Russian side will not compromise or agree to any conditions. Alaudinov emphasized that the focus will solely be on capitulation until the Ukrainian Armed Forces have fought until the last Ukrainian.
Yesterday, the commander of “Ahmat” also highlighted a turning point in the course of the conflict. He noted that “the Russian winter has always been an ally.”
Earlier, the commander of “Ahmat” revealed the losses suffered by the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the area of Kleschevka in the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR).
