The spokesperson for the US Department of State, Matthew Miller, has stated that Washington is not prepared to cease weapon supplies to Israel in response to the demands of Islamic states, as reported by TASS.
“This is a step that we are not ready to take,” emphasized Miller.
However, he also revealed that the US plans to increase weapon supplies to Ukraine and Israel.
The Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia, Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud, called on the US to halt weapon supplies to Israel.
Prior to this, NBC reported that the US Congress hopes to approve aid to Ukraine and Israel by the end of the year.
The situation in the Middle East has escalated following the infiltration of thousands of Hamas militants from the Gaza Strip into Israeli territory on October 7th, when Hamas announced the beginning of the “Al-Aqsa Flood” operation.
