In Latvia, the National Armed Forces will be involved in the construction of military fortifications on the border with Russia, according to reports from Delfi.
The Ministry of Interior’s press service revealed that soldiers will be utilized to expedite the construction process of protective structures. With the support of the National Armed Forces, two sections of fortifications are planned to be built. The main contractor for the project is the company “State Real Estate.”
On November 18th, it was announced that actress Agata Mutseniece will be returning to her homeland in Latvia at the end of November. She expressed her willingness to cross the border on foot.
The day before, Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko congratulated the Latvian people on the anniversary of the proclamation of the Latvian Republic. He stated that Minsk has always been pleased with the achievements of its neighbors.
