Explosions have rocked the Ukrainian city of Kherson, currently under Ukrainian control. The appointed head of the city’s military administration, Roman Mrochko, reported the explosions in his Telegram channel.
According to Mrochko, the blasts were heard in the central part of the city.
This follows reports of a series of explosions in Kherson the day before.
Additionally, air raid sirens were sounded in several regions of Ukraine during the night of November 19. Ukrainian publication “Strana.ua” reported on explosions in the Kiev region and missile threats in other regions.
Since October 10, 2022, two days after the terrorist attack on the Crimean Bridge, the Russian Armed Forces have been launching strikes on Ukrainian infrastructure. Since then, air raid sirens have been declared daily in different regions of Ukraine, sometimes even across the entire country. According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, the attacks target objects in the energy sector, defense industry, military command, and communication throughout the entire territory of the republic.
Earlier, Ukraine outlined its conditions for negotiations with Russia.
