Kisil stated, “From what I can observe, there is indeed a shortage of military personnel, sometimes even critical.”

CNN also spoke with an IT specialist from Ukraine who expressed his desire to avoid conscription into the UAF. According to the specialist, his country is not adequately prepared to “fight” against the Russian Federation. He pointed out that Ukraine lacks the necessary resources, funding, and weaponry to effectively confront such a formidable adversary. “We are simply not ready for this,” he added.
