Russian Paratroopers Successfully Defeat Ukrainian Infantry Group with Anti-Tank Missile System

In a recent military operation near Artemivsk, Russian paratroopers have reportedly achieved victory over a Ukrainian infantry group using an anti-tank missile system. This significant development was announced by the press service of the Russian Ministry of Defense, as reported by RIA Novosti.

According to the defense ministry, reconnaissance units of the airborne troops (VDV) detected the movement of a Ukrainian infantry group towards the positions of the Russian army near Artemivsk. Upon identification, the reconnaissance teams swiftly transmitted the data to the anti-tank missile system unit.

“A precise launch of a guided missile from the anti-tank missile system destroyed the armed group of the Ukrainian Armed Forces,” stated the publication.

Prior to this operation, Sergeant Yuri Shcherbakov of the Russian Armed Forces, who was awarded the title of Hero of Russia, shared his account of saving neighboring units from the aggression of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. The distinguished soldier was presented with the “Golden Star” medal for the destruction of nine tanks, four armored personnel carriers (APCs), 12 infantry fighting vehicles (IFVs), four trucks carrying ammunition, two platoon support points, and over 100 Ukrainian militants during a special operation.

It is worth noting that the Russian military has recently received armored vehicles that underwent major repairs, further enhancing their combat capabilities.
