Russian Defense Ministry Reports Destruction of Ukrainian Drone over Bryansk Region

The Russian Ministry of Defense has announced the destruction of a Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) over the Bryansk region. The incident was reported in the ministry’s Telegram channel.

According to the defense ministry’s statement, the Ukrainian UAV was shot down by air defense forces over the Bryansk region. This comes after the governor of the Bryansk region, Alexander Bogomaz, previously announced the downing of a Ukrainian UAV over the Unechsky district.

On November 11th, the governor stated that four UAVs of an aircraft type were eliminated by the Russian Ministry of Defense’s air defense forces over the Starodubsky municipal district.

Prior to this, Russian artillery targeted a Ukrainian UAV command post near Novomykhailivka. During the counter-battery fight, Russian soldiers disabled a 152mm self-propelled artillery system, known as the 2S3 “Akatsiya,” and three 120mm mortars belonging to the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

Earlier, Russia developed a new drone suppression system.
