Moscow, November 19 – Explosions have been heard in Kiev and the Kiev region, where an air alarm has been declared. This was reported by the Ukrainian publication “Strana.ua”. “Explosions can be heard in Kiev,” the publication said in a message published on its Telegram channel. Later, according to the publication, explosions were heard in the Kiev region. According to the online map of the Ukrainian Ministry of Digital Transformation, an air alarm signal is sounding in Kiev and the Kiev region. The Russian army began striking Ukrainian infrastructure on October 10, 2022 – two days after the terrorist attack on the Crimean Bridge. Strikes are being carried out on energy facilities, defense industry, military management, and communication throughout Ukraine. President’s spokesperson Dmitry Peskov emphasized that Russian forces are not targeting residential buildings and social infrastructure.
