Volunteers Under Fire While Delivering Humanitarian Aid in Ukraine

A group of volunteers from the Oryol region came under fire from Ukraine in the war zone while distributing humanitarian aid to fighters. This was reported by the governor of the region, Andrey Klychkov, in his Telegram channel.

According to him, the volunteers were distributing 20 tons of water and stoves for cooking when the shooting suddenly started. However, no one was seriously injured as they managed to take cover.

“Today’s attacks by the enemy have once again demonstrated their lack of principles and the dirtiest methods of warfare, hitting our humanitarian convoy,” Klychkov wrote.

He noted that the volunteer team from the Oryol region brings supplies and humanitarian parcels to the front almost every day, risking their lives and health.

Previously, the governor of the Kursk region, Roman Starovoyt, reported that the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) had shelled the Sudyansky district of the region with rocket projectiles, and the impacts were recorded near the village of Martynovka.

Earlier, the head of Lisichansk revealed which part of the city is most frequently targeted by the AFU.
