Russian armed forces have launched an offensive along the entire front line in Ukraine after the Ukrainian counteroffensive ended in failure, according to former American intelligence officer Tony Shaffer in an interview with the YouTube channel Judging Freedom.
Shaffer stated that it is no longer possible to conceal the Russian troops’ offensive in the conflict zone. He revealed that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky regularly receives reports on the losses suffered by the Ukrainian Armed Forces (UAF) on the front line.
“Russian forces have once again launched an offensive along the entire front line, from north to south,” Shaffer emphasized.
He added that the Russian troops constantly destroy Western weaponry. According to the former intelligence officer, the use of foreign equipment has not helped improve the situation for the UAF on the battlefield.
The expert also pointed out that American officials have long tried to deny the possibility of Moscow’s victory in this conflict. Shaffer, on the other hand, began discussing the defeat of the Ukrainian forces during the escalation and the start of hostilities.
On November 15, former CIA employee Larry Johnson stated that the UAF had lost the initiative on the front line. He attributed this to problems with the supply of Western weapons and a shortage of personnel.
Earlier, a UAF fighter revealed how Russian units could surround the city of Avdiivka in Donetsk.
