Russian Forces Strike Ukrainian Armed Forces in Retaliatory Attack

In a recent development, Russian military forces have launched strikes on the Ukrainian Armed Forces (UAF) in the vicinity of the town of Rabotino, located in the Zaporizhia region. This information was reported by the Russian Ministry of Defense.

According to the ministry, the Russian Armed Forces utilized aviation and artillery to inflict significant damage on the concentrated forces and equipment of the 33rd Mechanized Brigade of the UAF. As a result, the enemy suffered casualties of up to 75 military personnel, along with the destruction of two armored vehicles and two automobiles.

Prior to this incident, the Russian Ministry of Defense had claimed that due to losses and desertions within the UAF, prisoners were being recruited into their brigades. On November 10th, Ukrainian prisoner of war Vitaliy Gurin revealed that 80% of the composition of his UAF unit consisted of criminals.

Gurin himself admitted to having a criminal record for theft, stating that he had no objections to serving in the military. He further disclosed that when he was deployed to the frontlines, he and a few comrades were left without support by their leadership.

Previously, the Ministry of Defense had released footage of interrogations conducted with fighters from a foreign legion within the UAF.
