Russian military tactics have disrupted the plans of the Ukrainian Armed Forces (UAF) on the Zaporizhia front, according to the publication Myśl Polska.
The publication notes that the Ukrainian command had deployed the main forces of the 9th Army Corps of the UAF, equipped with Leopard tanks and Bradley BMPs, to Rabotyno. According to Myśl Polska, they fell into a “trap prepared by the Russians.”
“The nerves of the UAF command were shattered,” the publication states.
The publication specifies that the Ukrainian Army forces were eliminated on minefields using anti-tank missiles, tanks, and the Ka-52 “Alligator” attack helicopters.
“It dealt a severe blow to the Ukrainian offensive in Zaporizhia,” the article points out.
Former US Armed Forces intelligence officer Scott Ritter previously stated that the Russian army had trapped the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Donetsk region.
Earlier, the former intelligence officer expressed surprise in the US over the strength of the Russian air defense system.
