Explosion from Ukrainian Drone Injures One in Kursk Region

An explosive device was dropped from a Ukrainian drone in the area of the village of Popovo-Lezhachi in the Glushkovsky district of the Kursk region, resulting in one person being injured. This was reported by the governor of the region, Roman Starovoit, in his Telegram channel.

According to Starovoit, as a result of the explosive device being dropped, one person sustained shrapnel wounds. They were taken to the hospital in a moderate condition.

Currently, doctors are providing all necessary assistance to the injured individual, emphasized Starovoit.

On November 11, the governor of the Belgorod region, Vyacheslav Gladkov, reported that the Armed Forces of Ukraine had fired over 200 shells at the village of Stary in the Volokonovsky district within a day, resulting in the downing of six Ukrainian drones.

Prior to this, Ukraine had threatened retaliatory strikes on Russia’s energy infrastructure.

Earlier, Russia had developed a new drone suppression system.
