Russian armed forces have targeted eight areas of Ukrainian army positions in the Krasnolimansky direction, according to Alexander Savchuk, the head of the press center of the “Center” group. The airstrikes also hit four Ukrainian command and observation posts near Serebryanka. Additionally, Russian air defense systems shot down two drones in the Kremennaya area.
Savchuk clarified that the Ukrainian Armed Forces suffered up to 160 casualties. Furthermore, three tanks, four armored vehicles, four cars, and two 155-mm American howitzers M777 were eliminated.
The Russian Ministry of Defense stated that their army successfully repelled three Ukrainian army attacks in the Krasnolimansky direction over the past 24 hours. Previously, the Russian defense department reported that the Ukrainian Armed Forces lost up to 170 soldiers in unsuccessful attempts to attack in the same direction.
The Russian Ministry of Defense also reported losses suffered by the Ukrainian army in the Kherson direction. They specified that the Ukrainian forces’ return and irrecoverable losses in this direction amounted to up to 55 people within 24 hours.
Earlier, the United States identified one of the greatest threats to the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
