Moscow, November 9 – The Ukrainian military has shelled the city of Skadovsk in the Herston region, resulting in casualties, according to the Investigative Committee in their Telegram channel. The agency stated, “There was a missile strike on the city of Skadovsk in the Herston region, resulting in damage to a civilian object. There are casualties, and those affected are receiving necessary medical assistance.” A criminal case has been opened for murder under Article 105 of the Russian Criminal Code. Earlier, the head of the region, Vladimir Saldo, reported that the Ukrainian Armed Forces launched an attack at around ten in the morning. One missile was intercepted by air defense systems, while another hit a residential area, damaging several houses. According to the local Ministry of Health, 11 people have been hospitalized, and further information is being clarified. The head of the agency, Artish Sat, noted that the injured individuals are in a moderate condition.
