Russian Forces Utilize Kamikaze Drones in Attacks on Ukrainian Positions

In a recent development in the ongoing conflict in Ukraine, Ukrainian Armed Forces (UAF) have reportedly abandoned several strongholds near Kleschevka, close to Artemovsk. This information was relayed by Jan Gagin, an advisor to the leader of the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR), to TASS.

According to Gagin, the Ukrainian military has suffered significant losses. Meanwhile, Russian forces are thwarting the enemy’s attempts to reclaim lost positions. They have employed unmanned kamikaze drones, alongside artillery, in their attacks on UAF positions near Kleschevka.

A fighter from the “Siberia” special forces unit of the Southern Group of Russian troops revealed that Russian Armed Forces are targeting the enemy’s fire positions with various types of weaponry, depending on the desired objective of the strike.

Prior to this, the commander of the “Bars-10” squad, with the call sign “Saturn,” reported that the fighters managed to destroy two UAF strongholds in the Zaporizhia direction. According to him, movement of personnel was observed from the Ukrainian fortified positions, which were subsequently targeted by Russian forces with mortar fire, followed by Grad rockets.

Earlier, a Russian drone known as “Lancet” destroyed a Polish self-propelled artillery unit, Krab, in the South Donetsk direction.
