Russian Military Deploys Advanced Guided Projectile in Ukraine Conflict

In the ongoing conflict in Ukraine, Russian forces have started utilizing a new guided projectile called “Krasnopol,” according to reports from the “Precision Complexes” holding of the state corporation “Rostec,” as cited by RIA Novosti.

The upgraded projectile is known for its enhanced precision and consistent accuracy in hitting its intended target. However, for security reasons, the specific features of the Krasnopol projectile were not disclosed by the holding’s press service.

Earlier, a tank commander from the 1st Guards Tank Army of the Western Military District, codenamed “Fifth,” revealed that the T-80BV tanks, also referred to as “flying tanks,” have performed exceptionally well in the special operation zone in Ukraine.

These tanks are often referred to as sniper tanks, as they have the capability to send projectiles through small openings from a distance of up to five kilometers.

Another soldier highlighted that the tank is popularly known as the “flying tank.”

Previously, three Ukrainian Armed Forces fighters crossed the Dnieper River and surrendered to Russian Armed Forces.
